Web Shot - Spider Superhero puts you in an open city where your goal is to fight crime and gangs as a hero with spider powers. First, you move freely through the metropolis, connecting buildings with your webs to reach different districts quickly and spot dangerous situations. Then, when enemies appear in the streets, you engage them in direct combat. Your progress depends on improving your combat skills and combining your superpowers effectively, becoming formidable enough to threaten the crime lords. Your choices mainly determine how you approach each problem. You can favor high-altitude traversal to explore and reach battles, or stay close to the ground so you can intervene as soon as a fight breaks out. Otherwise, you risk letting the gangs maintain their grip on certain areas. Not every enemy calls for the same response, as encounters alternate between urban exploration, chases through the city, and street fights. You therefore need to adapt your actions, avoid being overwhelmed, and use your powers wisely as the pressure rises.
