Sprunki - Collect All Characters! is built on a simple idea and then evolves it with more demanding levels. First, you run through 2D stages, jumping from platform to platform. Then the game complicates the route with obstacles, gaps to clear, ropes to use and traps that require you to anticipate your movement rather than react at the last moment. The objective is not only to reach the end of a section, since you must also spot and pick up the elements needed to unlock characters. If you fall, if you miss an approach or if you choose a bad path, the penalty is immediate, but it remains clear, which pushes you to try again with a better method. The variety comes precisely from this alternation between progression, collection and adaptation to situations that are not all resolved in the same way. The core of the gameplay lies in the decisions you make as you progress. You can look for the safest route to preserve your progress, or conversely aim for a harder-to-reach platform to retrieve an item important for your collection. Otherwise, you risk finishing a level having advanced without really optimizing your gains. The game also adds session accelerators with several boosts, notably to go faster or jump higher, and rewards granted every 5 minutes of play, reset when you restart the run. This structure encourages short retrials, comparing your results and improving your collection efficiency. Leaderboards provide an additional goal, since your position depends on the quantity of items obtained to unlock the Sprunkis. You therefore advance by mastery, by choice of trajectory and by risk management, level after level. Have fun!
