Spartan Fruits is built on level-by-level progression where you must reach the next section while collecting important resources. First, you move through environments filled with obstacles that force you to carefully choose your movements. Then, you search for chests containing coins, as they unlock rewards and contribute to progression. In parallel, gems have another function: they allow access to new types of fruits. You therefore do not just aim for the end of a stage; you must also decide whether to rush, explore more, or return to a delicate area to leave nothing behind. If you fail a jump or handle a confrontation poorly, progression becomes immediately more difficult, because every mistake costs time and may force you to rethink your approach. The game is distinguished above all by the use of the saber, which serves both to fight and to traverse the environment. First, you can send it forward to attack at range and secure a passage. Then, in some sections, it becomes an anchor point, allowing you to remain suspended and control your height by moving up or down before continuing. Otherwise, you can exploit this anchoring to gain momentum and cross a difficult area from a more favorable angle. This mechanic creates a real variety of situations, because an obstacle can demand precision, an enemy can force you to wait, and a detour can prove worthwhile thanks to the coins or gems collected. The fun then comes from successive choices between caution, efficiency and exploration, with a reading of the terrain that becomes increasingly important as stages advance. Have fun!
