Nexus Override structures survival around enemy waves in a 3D cyberpunk arena, with one clear objective: hold out and progress toward the mainframe exit. First, choose how to approach each assault by moving to avoid being surrounded and making use of the available space. Then build walls and deploy turrets during combat to slow hostile programs or protect a more favorable position. If enemies break through your defenses or block every escape route, the situation can turn quickly, forcing you to rethink your positioning and priorities. Your progress also depends on the decisions you make as you level up. Each experience threshold offers powerful upgrades, allowing you to adapt your character to the pressure of the waves, the need for better crowd control, or preparation for a difficult battle. Six sectors are available to unlock, each with its own challenge and boss, refreshing the conditions of survival as you advance. You can also return stronger after a defeat, since credits earned between attempts can be used to improve your stats. Multiple characters and appearances can also be unlocked, adding long-term goals. You must therefore balance immediate choices, well-timed defenses, and permanent progress to overcome the most dangerous sectors. Have fun!
Use WASD to move Player 1 and the Arrow Keys to move Player 2. Press Space to dash (unlocked via an upgrade), press 1 to build a wall, and press 2 to deploy a turret. Shooting is automatic.
