Cube Golf is based on a simple idea: you must send a white cube toward a hole on 3D courses and complete each level before you exhaust the available number of shots. First, you choose the orientation and the power of your shot, then you let the physics do the work on walls, ramps and inclined surfaces. If your angle is poorly prepared, the cube can get stuck behind a barrier, fall back into a pit or slide off the play area, which causes you to lose a try. The goal is therefore not only to reach the finish, but also to anticipate the cube's behavior after the impact. The levels regularly vary between open corridors, small mazes and suspended passages, which forces you to adapt your method rather than repeat a single reflex. Then the real decision appears: should you play the shortest path or aim for a better score. The gold coins improve your leaderboard position, but they are often located where a mistake is immediately costly. Otherwise, you can aim for a more restrained resolution in order to finish with as few shots as possible and earn three stars. This search for efficiency changes the way you approach the same scenery, because a level completed the first time can still be optimized with a better-calculated bounce or a more direct approach. The game offers 100 stages of increasing difficulty, which gives you time to learn before encountering more demanding sequences. And if a course resists for too long, an option to skip the level via an advertisement eventually appears, which prevents you from getting stuck. Have fun!
