Battle Shot Elite is based on a clear principle: defeat your opponents in intense matches by making the best use of your arsenal and the context of the chosen mode. First, you select an approach suited to your playstyle, because the game offers assault rifles, precision weapons and very powerful shotguns for close range. Then you enter either a free-for-all where only your personal performance truly counts, or a team deathmatch where your results also depend on your ability to act with your group. The player must therefore quickly understand where to position, when to advance and when to abandon a poorly engaged attack. If you expose yourself too early, you become an easy target, otherwise you can observe, choose your ideal distance and build a duel to your advantage. Decisions are renewed constantly because every encounter requires balancing mobility, safety and firepower. The game remains accessible thanks to smooth controls, but this simplicity does not eliminate possible mistakes; on the contrary it highlights your choices. You can modify your loadout to better fit a hectic match or a more controlled progression, which changes your way of approaching fights and stalemates. A passage can become complicated if the opposing team controls a sector, if several enemies appear at once or if your weapon is not suited to the distance imposed by the action. Among concrete tactical options, it is possible to use a grenade to break up a grouping or to dislodge a well-entrenched enemy, and even to perform a slide to cross an exposed area with more boldness. Finally, your performances feed the Battle Pass progression, which rewards your involvement across matches. Have fun!
Use the WASD keys to move, G to use the grenade launcher, C to crouch, R to reload, 1 for the primary weapon, 2 for the secondary weapon, the left mouse button to aim, the right mouse button to shoot, the spacebar to jump, Esc or Tab to open the menu, the mouse wheel to change weapons, Shift + W to run and Shift + W + C to slide.
