Animal Clinic (Anomaly) structures your veterinary work around a precise process, but every step can be disrupted by an anomaly hidden among the patients. First, you speak with the animal or its companion at the reception desk to begin treatment. Then you approve the forms, take a photo, and use the registration computer to prepare its identification. Next, you print the badge, retrieve it, and attach it before taking the patient to a room. This sequence of actions gives every arrival a clear objective: process the files correctly without losing sight of anything that seems inconsistent. Once the patient is settled in, you perform the necessary examinations and provide the requested care. However, if you simply follow the procedure without watching the details, an anomaly may go unnoticed and jeopardize your progress. The game therefore constantly asks you to choose between moving forward with the clinic's tasks and checking anything that seems suspicious. Strange creatures are not always obvious, as they can retain an almost-normal appearance. You must complete enough appointments to meet the shift's requirements while preventing your mental health from collapsing. Failure can result from a lack of attention just as easily as from poor pressure management, bringing new situations with every patient. Have fun!
Use WASD to move, hold the right mouse button to look around, the spacebar to jump, E or the on-screen prompt to interact, keys 1-9 to select an inventory item, and the left mouse button to use an item or weapon and to break free during an anomaly attack. While viewing security cameras, use Q for the previous camera, E for the next camera, and the spacebar or Esc to exit. On mobile, use the left joystick to move, swipe on the right to look around, and use the on-screen buttons to jump and interact. While viewing cameras, use the on-screen buttons to switch between cameras or exit. Hint: Talk to the patient at the desk, stamp the forms, take a photo, use the registration computer, then print the badge, take it, and place it. Escort the patient to a room, run tests, treat them, and watch for anything strange. Anomalies can look almost normal, so look twice, protect your sanity, and finish the shift quota!
