After the incident in Nevada, the president took in Hank in an effort to find out where he came from. Simply put, Hank told him it was through a portal. This portal, Hank said, opens every September 22nd, in an effort to take control of new dimensions. The president immediately made a base around the portal, making it ready to defend. The person in charge of defending the base on this day is none other than Tankman. With a little help from his friends, Tankman must stop the Madness Day invasion.
