The city is very dangerous when the lights are down or when there is no speed limit. In this game, you have to manage traffic at a crossroads. For this you need to place speed limits at each level. You can place limits on any green box. Once you have made your selection, click Play and wait to see the result. If you save everyone, you get stars. If you kill everyone, you have skulls!
